What is Somatic wellness coaching exactly?
Somatic Wellness Coaching is a supportive approach that emphasizes the deep connection to the body.
In this space, you (or your teen) will have the opportunity to build that connection, strengthen self-awareness, and come home to yourself.
This is a place where you can show up as your most authentic self, to see, hear, and understand each part of yourself.
Through my three-step process, we’ll dive into the areas where you feel most challenged, and create a path forward that feels supportive, empowering, and uniquely yours.

The Process of Working With Me

Build Self Connection & Spiritual Wellbeing
In this first step, we will focus on building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a stronger inner connection and with that which is greater
I will guide you through reflective practices such as; journaling, mindfulness, meditation, and external processing to help you tune into your body, emotions, and thoughts.
Many teens and adults feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are.
This step helps you understand yourself better, begin the journey of becoming your own best friend, and connecting with something greater than yourself!

Learn & Practice Daily Wellness Tools
In the second step, we will work together to focus on building healthy day to day habits that support your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
You will learn how to take care of yourself with more awareness and consistency, leading to more stability and energy in your day.
I will introduce simple tools such as tech-free wind down routines, movement breaks, breathing tools, hydration reminders, and nutrition tips.
Good habits are the foundation for a balanced life.
When teens and adults feel mentally, physically and emotionally well, they more likely to build confidence and feel more like themselves.

Strengthen Support & Life Skills
In this last step, we will focus on strengthening your life skills by connecting to tools that support relationships, time management, and personal growth.
We work on life skills that boost independence, confidence, and connection, so you feel more confident in handling friendships, responsibilities, and/or school.
This is where it all comes together.
Both teens and adults begin to feel more capable and motivated in being able to move through life with more purpose and confidence.

90- Day Program
