My Philosophy
Yoga is a practice of connecting breath with mind, body, and soul—both on and off the mat.
It is a form of healing.
A space where you are invited to connect with your inner world, calm the mind, deepen intuition, and feel at home within your body.
In my classes, I guide slower, powerful, playful, and fluid movements, inviting presence and intention into each posture.
Each class is intentionally connected to the phase of the moon on that day, allowing your practice to be guided by nature and its rhythms—supporting not only your time on the mat, but your life beyond it.
I believe that moving with awareness, pairing breath with movement, listening to the body, and honoring the energy of the moon can create a deep sense of grounding, connection, and trust within yourself.
Yoga is also a practice of listening—holding compassionate space for whatever may arise, whether emotions, sensations, or challenging thoughts. By staying present with yourself, you are supported in deepening your relationship with yourself and returning home to who you are.
Somatic Yoga & Wellness 1:1 Sessions
A space to feel, listen, and come home to yourself
These private sessions are an invitation to slow down and gently meet yourself exactly where you are.
Through one-on-one yoga, somatic practices, and trauma-informed support, we create a safe and intentional space for you to feel into all parts of you—the sensations, emotions, stories, and wisdom held in your body. Nothing needs to be fixed, pushed, or forced. You are welcomed as you are.
Our work together integrates somatic developmental trauma therapy, meaning we move at the pace of your nervous system. We listen to the body as the guide. Emotions are not something to get rid of, they are there to be seen, heard, and understood by you.
These sessions are for you if you:

This is not about achieving a pose.
This is about listening.
This is about creating safety within your body.
This is about connecting to your truth and learning how to hold yourself through all of it.
You don’t need to know what you’re feeling before you arrive.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You just need a willingness to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion.
