What Does A Life Coach Do?

Why Are Life Coaches So Important?

Life coaches are important to incorporate into our lives because when we have someone that whats to be there to listen, hold space, bring in a energy of non-judgment and curiosity into the space, it creates a place of openness, and the feeling of being seen and heard.

I personally have had life coaches that have helped me through the obstacles and challenges in my life and with my business.

Things can feel very overwhelming in our minds and having someone like a life coach to share those feelings of overwhelm, uncertainty, etc. with leaves room for support and guidance toward clarity and calm in the mind.

Being a life coach and human I know that taking baby steps and calming the mind is the first priority.

I make sure and every life coach I know makes sure to bring it back to square one and to make any situation into bite size steps, so that you can move from a place of overwhelm and lack of clarity to a calm, clear, and optimistic mind.

I know for myself every life coaching session I have had, I walked in confused, overwhelmed, and uncertain.

I always came out of each of my sessions with more clarity, upliftment, optimism about my life, someone who wants to listen and support me in my next steps forward in my life in some form, and validation.

It’s funny because I am someone that has not been a huge fan of external validation.

What I am realizing and trying to reframe is that when I feel uncertain, confused, or overwhelmed, etc. having an outside perspective to reframe how I am feeling in that moment is very helpful.

Having someone ask questions can really bring in calm as well or even just letting someone talk it out, depending on if they are an external processor.

A life coach to me feels like a cheerleader, a guide, a support, a listening ear, someone who really wants to make their clients and the people in their life feel seen and heard, someone who can help uncover the past and guide you toward supporting you in revealing the clarity within the present moment, and holding a vision for you, if you are no able to hold it for yourself.

So much love to all you beautiful souls! <3
