Release What No Longer Serves You

The Importance of Releasing

When it comes down to releasing, what I am talking about is letting go of what no longer resonates with us or we feel that it or someone does not belong in our lives anymore.

I look at releasing in a way of making room for new opportunies, people, etc. to come in to our lives.

We need to close doors to be able to open other doors.

It does not mean that it is easy to release and let go of what no longer is serving us.

It could be painful, sad, heart breaking, confusing etc.

It can be very challenging to realize or come to the realization that even if we are in pain it does not mean that we are making the wrong decision.

This moment is where the trusting comes in with yourself, following and trusting your inuition, the direction you feel you need to go ino order to close doors that are not needing to stay open any longer.

Coming into trusting even more with that which is greater because we are never alone and when we know we have support, it can help guide us to keep trusting ourselves, our inuition, and that which is greater that will always have our backs.

Where in your life do you feel needs releasing?

What in your life do you feel needs releasing?

What are the feelings that come with needing to release this from your life?

Take some time to reflect on these journaling prompts because sometimes having questions to guide us can open our eyes to something that we have been turning away from or trying to push away unconsciously.

Try to let what is coming up, come up for you.

As I always say in my workshops, those thoughts and emotions want to be seen in heard by you, the time is now, you are not alone.

Acknowledge the challenging emotions and give them space to be.

If you need to release emotions let them arise and release.

This is a jugdment free zone and I want to support you where ever you are at.

I also want you to be able to be there to support yourself with where ever you are at as well.

I am always here to listen and be there for you always.

So much love to all you beautiful souls! <3
