How Having a Life Coach Can Change Your Life!

The Importance of Having a Life Coach 

Hi friends!

Today I am sharing with you from a space of encouragement. 

I want to share with you how having a life coach guide and support you in your life can change your life, I know in my experience connecting with a life coach has changed my life.

Some reasons why I feel this way are first, I feel incredibly supported, cared for, and that I am in a non judgmental space every time I connect with a life coach. 

Second, I feel incredibly seen, heard, and understood by the way that life coaches are able to hold space and for me to share what is on my heart. 

Third, life coaches always bring me into a space of openness and curiosity, to look at different situations from an observing perspective and being curious about the situation that is present. 

Fourth, they ask the best questions that really make me stop and turn inward about what I am truly wanting, needing, and acknowledging and validating what is present in that moment. 

Fifth, I always feel supported and that they are constantly there to be a cheerleader and accountability at all times to support and move me in the direction of my goals and the life that feels truly aligned with me.

Sixth, they create the space to have it be all about their client, that time is spent focusing on listening and supporting their client as they move through the obstacles and the beauty of this growth journey. 

Lastly, every session I have had with a life coach I have felt immense clarity after feeling so confused, lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected with myself. I always come into clarity and a deeper understanding of myself and of my situation. The amount of gratitude and light I feel filled with after a session is truly special.

I am beyond lucky for life coaches and to be a life coach myself and support all of my clients in the ways that I have felt supported.
