Look Inward

Beginning in the cacoon phase is a very powerful space to be in. This is where you are able to become truly present to your internal world. You get to notice the emotions, the parts of you that want to be seen and heard, and the subconscious blocks; fears and beliefs that are currently driving your experience.

In this phase, together we create a space for you to feel completely seen, heard, and understood by becoming aware of what emotions are present, what parts of you are wanting to communciate with you, and the fears and beliefs that have been coming up.

Restructure

Now that we have acknowledged and became aware of your emotions, parts, beliefs & fears.

This next phase is about restructuring and reframing your beliefs and fears so that you are able to release what is no longer benefitting this present version of yourself.

In this phase we will also connect to what  your daily habits are. By restructuring your daily life we aim to create momentum towards your dream life.

Expand

Now is the time to expand out into your dream life!

This phase is the longest as it is ever evolving. We work with the exciting goals that you are wanting for yourself and work to get you consistent with steps that will align you with these goals

In this phase I become your accountability partner and cheerleader, supporting you on the path towards your new life!
