I am an Empowerment coach and Yoga Instructor based in Seattle, Washington!

After the ending of my five and a half year relationship feeling emotionally and physically drained I slowly but surely started to take my well-being more seriously.

The seeds that I planted months before in starting to learn how to take care of myself better supported me in taking further action.

I started to become more consistent in learning more about myself and taking care of my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. 

To start out, I found a yoga instructor on youtube and dedicated myself to the practice of yoga. 

Months later I found a meditation teacher on instagram who opened up my eyes to the world of personal growth and healing. 

I took her 10 day self love challenge which changed the way I connected with myself. I also ended up taking her 66 day meditation course and journaling master class. 

I started to learn to heal through the movement of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and journaling. 

I have now been practicing yoga for the past five years and I have been meditating and journaling for over four years now, wow time really flies! 

Yoga and meditation is based on a mind and body connection and that is what it has created for me. 

It creates a space for me to realize when there is a disconnection from my body when I am overthinking, overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, etc. 

These tools have created a space for me to feel what being in my body can feel like.

When I feel connected to my body I realize that I am more than a body.

I am limitless and expansive.

I am not my job, my thoughts, my emotions, my anxiety, my ocd, my name, my body etc. 

I have learned that I am a limitless soul who uses these tools to support myself in coming back home to myself.

I connect with my intuition which supports me in knowing what feels aligned with me (that feeling of YES that feels good or NO that does not feel good) and this supports me in having a deeper and trusting relationship with myself. 

I use these tools to calm the mind and to go inward where I get to connect to the deeper essence of my being. 

These tools have shown me that there is so much more to life than what is shown externally in the physical realm we are living in. 

Another part of my journey that I want to share with you all has been realizing that I have ADHD and OCD tendencies. 

I have noticed within myself that when I do not use these tools I start to feel overwhelmed and it becomes very challenging for me to focus. Things feel more stressful and I feel disconnected from my body and intuition. 

I have noticed that my OCD tendencies are connected to when things are feeling out of my control, I try to bring things back into my control. 

This has brought me the opportunity to realize that even when things are not in my control or are overwhelming, that’s when the practice of becoming aware, accepting, letting go and moving through the discomfort of wanting things to be in my control begins. 

The reason I am sharing all of this with you is because I am beyond grateful for these tools that support the calming of my mind and connect myself to my body and intuition. I want that for YOU
